In 2007 the Aptucxet Garden Club renamed their Garden Therapy program The Therese Earley Garden Therapy in memory of former long time member, Therese Earley.
A fund has been established in her name with donations to keep this program running. Each month during the club year committee members visit Bourne Manor, Royal Cape Cod, and/or Cape Cod Senior Residences in Bourne. They assist the residents in making floral arrangements to help brighten their day.
